This letter is to advise you of a change in ownership at STAP Industries effective July 31, 2019. The new President, Isac Roths, comes to you with over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry.  He brings a passion and love for the business that is reflected in day to day operations.

It is important for you to know that STAP Industries will operate on the same commitment you’ve come to rely on—to provide the highest quality aviation machine tooling and fabrication in the world. You can expect this same quality of work and exceptional service to continue. This opportunity will allow us to expand and strengthen the services and support, while remaining committed to customers.  We can take greatness to an even higher level.

We are committed to meeting your needs as Tom Wolz has been since 1984. We are happy to announce that Tom will remain involved in daily operations and in working to uphold the uncompromising values of commitment to quality, dedication to excellence, and customer service that STAP Industries has been built on. It was important to Tom to stay on to ensure a smooth transition, but he is most certainly looking forward to a much-deserved retirement in his future.
